College life is not easy for the nerds in Richard Spankey Jr. Hall, especially since they are just two dorms down from the athlete's dorm.

Fallas

I learned a lot about what not to do on this comic but I loved working on this comic so much I tried to bring it back two years later. This gallery contains both runs of this fantasy comedy comic.

White Knight  

This was to be my crowning achievement of college comics, too bad I never managed to finish it before I graduated and joined the workforce. Still, I learned a lot from doing it.

A Paladin's Tale  

Done as an underclassman in college it represents the beginnings of my return to comics and color work. Not great but it taught me a lot and I still like the story.

State School Blues

SSB was my first attempt at a college life comic and the writing style is very similar to 2DD except that the story revolved primarily around a romantic relationship. It was rather mangaesque. Some ideas were continued to 2DD others were not.

Psycho Fantasy V

After I stopped doing Fallas I still wanted to do a fantasy comic and I had hoped this would be the one to be my webcomic. It wasn't. The cast was more unwieldy than the Fallas cast and the art and writing were more time consuming.

The Adventures of Bob and Ryan

This was another short lived comic of mine. It involved characters I created to interact with those of my roommate Jonathan, http://www.comicspace.com/jmsnooks/. I've considered bringing them back but it never happened.

Refenders 3: Ryantopia

This is one my roommate and I did after Sagotep. It was probably the weirdest one we ever did, probably because it evolved out of 4am jokefests. Until last week I had forgotten that we even did this one.

Refenders 2: Sagotep

After Refenders my roommate and I decided to parody the Mummy while making fun of our god-awful cafeteria (Saga), thus Sagotep was born. You can tell we had no sense of pacing.
