Yes, I know that there should be some witty or sordid details on who I am here, and I'll get to it in my own ass-dragging time.

Indeed, I shall likely regale you with glorious tales of halcyon days in the electronic entertainment industry, working with such properties as The Lord Of The Rings, Neuromancer, Robocop, Terminator and, yea, even Star Trek.
Perhaps even shall I provide one and all with dramatic visuals and exciting animations while waxing nostalgic on my rise to galactic villain status, and subsequent life underground.

Perhaps not.

But for now, here are a few Quickie Links to some recent and current comic works:

In response to a few requests, here's a few of the current books I'm reading each month (or how ever often said books actually come out).

Chasing His Tale (A 24 Hour Comic)

24 Hour Comic Day is an annual challenge to creators to produce a 24 page comic in 24 hours. This is the results of my participation in the challenge this past October.

Okay - I really should post a bulletin or two to cover that. I'll do so to cover what's currently being published. Here I'll tell you what's in the works on a personal level. Wouldja believe comic adaptations of translated tales from Pu Song-Ling's Liao Zhai Zhi Yi from the late 1600s? (All together now - "HUH?")
Pu Song-Ling traveled throughout much of China in his work, and while doing so he visited small towns and villages everywhere, collecting ghost stories and tales of the strange which he collected together in the Liao Zhai Zhi Yi. He called himself the Historian Of The Strange. I have plans to do a big supernatural Chinese adventure strip later, and I'm going to do a bunch of short adapted tales from his collected writings as a warm up to develop the style I want to use, as well as building good familiarity with all the little touches needed for creating a proper feel for a Chinses comic strip. So it'll start a little rough as I work out the kinks, but should be good fun.

Much thanks for the Friends add - always great to meet fellow local artists and fans! Had a quick look around your site and have to say I'm impressed - some amazing work (and impressive range of projects) and La Muse is looking to be pretty cool so far as well.

Thanks! It's been strange starting over again in a new market, but comics were my first love and it's damn good to return to them.
On La Muse, I love what Adi's got planned, and Hugo's artwork is a joy to paint colors for - he's inspiring to try some new things in my own upcoming works. It's going to run for 220 pages over the next year and change, and I'm looking forward to seeing how he develops as the series progresses.
