| Bulletin: | Hello and welcome to the first MegaCon 2007 Newsletter. In it you can read about everything that’s planned for the upcoming event scheduled for February 16-18, 2007 at the Orange County Convention Center, Hall C in Orlando, Florida. Get the latest Guest information, Programming notes, extracurricular activities and more scheduled for the Southeast’s largest convention of comics, anime, toys, and gaming. Sponsors! MegaCon 2007 is being held February 16th – 18th, 2007. The show hours are: Friday, February 16th from 1pm* – 7pm Saturday, February 17th from 10am – 6pm Sunday, February 18th from 10am – 5pm *people who purchase three-day or Friday tickets in advance can obtain admission into the showroom hall at 12 noon on Friday, February 16th. Tickets! Tickets to this year’s event are currently on sale. Advance tickets can be purchased via phone, mail or online at a reduced rate. To order by phone, call: 727-796-5725. To order by mail, send request and payment to: PO Box 1097 Safety Harbor, FL 34695 To order securely online, log onto: https://protected6.purehost.com/d30063092/ordering.asp Prices for phone, mail or online ordering: $45.80 all three days - ($43 plus 6.5% sales tax) $20.24 one day admission - $19 plus 6.5% sales tax) Deadlines for ordering tickets in advance are as follows: To order by mail, your envelope must be postmarked by January 30, 2007 To order by phone, you must call by 5:00pm on February 9, 2007 To order online, you must order by 12:00 midnight on February 13, 2007 Please note that phone orders will only be taken from 9:00am – 8:00pm Eastern Standard time, Monday – Friday. Also please note that your tickets will NOT be mailed to you. They will be available for pickup at the convention. Once tickets have been purchased, no refunds or date changes will be permitted. You should pick up your tickets at the ticket booth windows in front of Hall C. Please bring photo ID. You can only pick up tickets registered in your name. These ticket booths will be open at the following times: Friday, February 16th from 10:00am - 6:30pm Saturday, February 17th from 8:00am - 5:30pm Sunday, February 18th from 8:00am - 4:30pm Special Gift! This year we’re offering all of our advance ticket purchasers something special! If you prefer to purchase your tickets the old fashioned way, at the door, you can do so any of the days of the show.
