Alright, It's my fault. I'm the one who unleashed Psychotix onto the world. It happened on Halloween 1998: Psychotix came to me as a fully formed character and the idea of meshing real men of history and real men in my life into one very odd series called Psychotix and Texus Separatus.
The series is about the above mentioned sexxy, hawt, gay married couple who become involved in a very most turbulent point in Roman History. The Emperor is Tiberius, a bisexual partying man who liked his men to be young and smooth, but he's also very paranoid and he is constantly pestered by supreme whack job Caligula who has discovered how much fun it is to have sex and threaten death; what a turn on it is for him. For his victims, not so much. and I invite any Cartoonist to post on this community:*chuckle*
Completing the trio is oddly nervous and stumbling Claudius all three sequestered on the Island of Capreae.
The series takes place just as the Emperor has uncovered his number one Ilius Sejanus' plot to assassinate him. Psychotix is chosen to help the Imperial family save their skins. Why he is chosen is revealed in Psychotix and Texus Separatus: Stubborn Old Nitwit. is the newest in this series.

When you read the series, keep this in mind: the more bizarre the character, the more likely he was based on a real man.

I am proud of this book. It's the nicest in the series, the art is the best ever and the story is PUMPED! Sexy as hell!
All of the usual suspects are included including Emperor Tiberius, Caligula and Claudius.

Psychotix and Texus are still on their honeymoon, as far as they are concerned, so they are continuously borrowing Gothix's house for their trysts. Meanwhile wannabe chief Retrogressix can't accept that Texus is here for love and he thinks their marriage is a sham. He is conducting his own investigation into their marriage, to everybody's annoyance, including his own sons.

On the Island of Capreae, Emperor Tiberius has just discovered a conspiracy against his life and is lining up men to help get rid of the conspirators. Because Texus once worked for the Emperor, this has inadvertently lined up Psychotix as one of the men to help him.

Oops. ooh. This situation is about to explode like greek lightning on a keg of pure grain alcohol!
