Holding Chaos Synopsis
Though normalcy is a tad out of reach when your friends include a fridge-raiding fairy, an un-invited vampire and a crack dealing dark elf, Regan O'Connell's life is usually quite mundane. When a matchmaking coworker sets her up on a blind date, her neat, compartmentalized life tilts precariously off balance. Regan is an secret agent, working for the vampire cartel, the Grey Brethren. Jason Blair, her blind date, is a member of a rival, all human organization, the Holders of the Light. Haunted by memories of a decades old murder, conflicted by her attraction to Jason, Regan will have to put aside old hatreds to save her enemy and possibly an entire city from the wielder of a dark and dangerous magic.

I'm a writer and artist, if you use a rather generous definition of either word. Before I became every parent's nightmare--an underemployed artist--I was a GIS analyst. Since I run with scissors and don't play well with others, it seemed prudent to drop out of the workforce before I did something newsworthy with an automatic weapon.

I'm married to a saint and I am owned by two dogs and an uppity Arabian horse.
