When I find the time, and the inspiration, I am a small-press comic book writer.

Given that I am unlikely to make a living from comic book writing, I try to make a virtue of the small-press. Embracing the low-cost, decent quality print capabilities of the modern photocopier, I am free to write the stories I want, even if only a handful of people are interested in reading them. This is not a manifesto for introspective obscurantism, incidentally, and is always subject to finding an ethusiatic small-press artist as a creative collaborator.

Collaborating artists include (i.e. those that have a ComicSpace presence) Dave Evans and Jorge Munoz.

Please leave, or send, comments, criticism, and advice. That's what I am here for. That, and compliments.

No bother. Comics are a visual medium, so immediate credit has to rest with the artist. But I'm happy with a compliment for any part of a work that I was involved in.

Dave, the artist, has got a ComicSpace page, by the way, as 'Bolt01'.

With regard to comic books, I didn't fall off the face of the planet, but I did fall down. And I lay there for quite some time.

I'm getting back up know. Let's see if I can stay on my feet and get back into some kind of productive stride, script-wise.
