The woman at the door is "Lady Heromorph", the mascot of a comic book website.

These gentlemen are its moderator's avatars. The avatar with blond hair represents the owner of this site: Winterhawk.

Nice pic. I really like it. Everything was drawn except Lady Heromorph herself. She is a photomanip.
