The Plaza itself is currently undergoing extensive rebuilding (scaffold everywhere) and that's badly affecting the number of people using it and the comic shop. Even at Christmas, the place was practically deserted. There's a bit of a comics contingent in this neck of the woods. Other than the people you mention, I know that James Redington (Portent Comics) is an Essex boy, too.
