Who, or What is APA-5?
APA-5 is one of oldest APA's still around. APA stands for "amateur press association". Individual members contribute regular, comics-oriented 'zines to a central mailer, who then combines the 'zines into a single publication that is mailed out to members. APA-5 is about community, comics and collaboration among peers. APA-5's mascot is "Deadline", created by Paul Chadwick.
