Ape Entertainment is an independent comic book company founded in 2003. The brainchild of comics devotees Brent E. Erwin, Mike Hall, and David Hedgecock, Ape Entertainment is home to such popular comic book titles as Go-Go Gorilla & The Jungle Crew, Sullengrey, Horrorwood, U.T.F., Athena Voltaire, and The Black Coat. Ape Entertainment is dedicated to the production of original graphic novels, comic books, and illustrated fiction.

Finally got my issue #1 of Subculture at my comic shop. I added S-Cult to my pull list. Great work. Love the MahFood cover. The art seemed pixelated on some pages though -- mixup at the printers? Otherwise.love the page breaks, the art and the writing. Can't wait to read more.

Thanks for the friending. Sub-Culture looks awesome. I'm ordering it through my local comic shop - Collector's Edge in Milwaukee. The art is great and the writing is dead on. It does for comic culture what Spinal Tap did for Heavy Metal music. Some will like it. Some won't. Definitely a must read as far as I'm concerned.
