I'm an off and on Art student. I have an Art degree from a little school called DigiPen. Most of my work went toward concept/storyboarding/3d animation for video games. I've always found comics to be absolutely fascinating so I'm finally taking the plunge and am going to try my hand at it.

Currently I am reading a few excellent books by Will Eisner, the man is a master of the craft. I am storyboarding the hell out of my Script that I have for "Future Burn". It's slow going since I'm still trying to get the whole comic layout thing down, its a very different art-form from animation/film, that and I am working 60+ hours a week. ;)

If there is one thing I learned from art school... you can almost never have too many thumbnails before you make a final. Unless of course you are on a tight deadline, but obviously if you have one of those you know the craft well enough for someone to be paying you.
