Contest for web cartoonists!

We at Metrophor are holding a contest!

The rules, such as they are, are short and sweet: send us a Metrophor-themed comic of your own design and it'll be entered for a shot at the prize--and no matter what, it will be displayed for everyone to see both in the forums as entries come in as well as in our gallery section at the end of the contest. To enter, send your work to either Artis (artis@metrophor.org) or me (cijil@metrophor.org) and we'll lovingly and carefully toss it in with all the other entries.

Comics should be entered by the end of May (that's a deadline of 11:59PM Eastern Standard Time on Thursday, May 31). The winning entry will be run the following day (hey, we're efficient like that) and will receive a month of advertising from us (plus any extra time after that until someone buys ad space), plus a sketch in return from Artis.

Judging criteria are pretty loose: in essence what we're looking for is cleverness, creativity, and style. None of those are valued particularly more than the others, though of course having all three isn't a bad thing.
