Some tidbits about myself.

Originally from the Philippines, then moved here in 1997. I've been causing trouble ever since.

My buddy, Joe Borrelli, and myself started this imprint Golden Gate Universe, which has since been re-named RINGMASTER COMICS, and we've self published two books so far: Ghost Crane and Epsilon, with Ghost Crane debuting at the Alternative Press Expo in San Francisco in 2006, and Epsilon making it's splash debut at the San Diego Comic-Con in 2006 as well.

I've been trying FOREVER to get into Marvel Comics and DC Comics as an artist, but the competition is FIERCE!!! I'm still trying, though :)

If you're ever in Pacifica, CA. , check out COASTSIDE COMICS on Manor Drive. It's a nice litle comic shop, and Romy (owner) is one of the nicest comic shop owners you'll ever meet.

My artistic influences are:

John Buscema - His run on Conan the Barbarian and the Avengers STILL rock!

George Perez - Just one of the BEST!

Mike Zeck - This man is THE Captain America artist!

Sal Buscema - I grew up reading his awesome run on The Incredible Hulk!

Ron Lim - Mr. Silver Surfer himself. This man draws the BEST Thanos and Galactus.

Ron Garney - He gives Mike Zeck a run for his money drawing Captain America!

Dave Johnson - he put the "super" in Super-Patriot!

Cory Walker - his style is so simple it's amazing.

Ryan Ottley - Mister "Invincible"!

Greg Land - draws some of the hottest women in comics.

Frank Cho - draws some MORE of the hottest women in comics.

Leinil Francis Yu - He went to the SAME SCHOOL as I did! Saint Joseph's Academy
in the City of Las Pinas, Philippines

Whilce Portacio - Another FILIPINO! Drew X-Men and Wetworks, created Stone.

J. Scott Campbell - Disney meets Manga. Gen-13, Danger Girl, etc...

Ladronn - Have you read "The Elephantmen"?

Moritat - a recent favorite because of "The Elephantmen". Such a NICE person, too!

Bryan Hitch - The Authority, Justice League, The Ultimates...'nuff said.

Claudio Castelleni - The present-day incarnation of John Buscema.

Jerry Ordway - WILDSTAR, JSA, JLA, AVENGERS, is there anything he HASN'T done?

John Romita Sr. - One of the great Spider-Man artists.

John Romita Jr. - The MASTER of the BEATDOWN!!! If you're looking for a
no-holds-barred, good old fashioned superhero SLUGFEST,
this man's work is second to none.

Dale Eaglesham - First saw his work on Villains United, now draws Justice
Society of America.

Stephen Sadowski - JSA.

John Bogdanove - Loved his run on Man of Steel.

Tom Grummett - I first saw his work on Superman, then Thunderbolts. Awesome!

Rick Buchler - All-Star Squadron and The Mighty Crusaders!

Jack Kirby - THE KING!!! Who else has an "energy effect" named after him? The "KIRBY KRACKLE" is a stroke of artistic genius.
