| Bulletin: |  This comes out on Wednesday, March 14th. That's this Wednesday. Two days from now. I've got two stories in this silly remix comic (you know, where the editor erases the balloons and tells us to improve the old stories with humor and/or scatological references) and both of them are pretty ok, if you like the idea of Indians Fighting Vikings or Indians Raging Against Suburban Creep. Chris Ward's story about Black Napkin's chart-busting, country/western, biscuit-core adult contemporary R&B music slays fairly mightily and is worth picking up on its own strengths. That's what the cover looked like before they finalized the writerly lineup and I gave Giffen, Stokes, and Casey the boot. (That is a complete lie. They just used the author header for the previous <I>What Were They Thinking Book</I> as a fill-in and I've not replaced the image due to sheer laziness.) |
