Haven't spoken with Bev in a while, but Tammy and I are good friends now. I'll stop on by your table in Artist Alley at NYComicCon. Hey, saw your rant on the Kubert school being demolished, and as I'm a student there right now, I figured I'd give you some info on it. It turns out that it's not really a safety issue; the Kuberts had made a deal with WalGreens to sell the back half of the school to be turned into a WG if walgreens also renovated the front half of the school as well (new flooring, real heating and cooling systems, etc.). The asbestos was really just an obstacle on the way towards that goal.

It makes sense, and I'm happy to hear that Joe wants to keep the all over style of the building similar all around, and he'll still have a big say in what happens if things don't go well.
