My first comic book was New Mutants #50. I remember (at 12) thinking that Illyana Ratsputin was the hottest girl I had ever seen. I mean come on! She had a metallic arm, a sword in her hand, and she was kicking demon ass. Suffice to say, I'm a big Joss Whedon fan.
I collected comics until I started college in 1993, and between going to school, and every book having 15 different variant-hologram-foil embossed covers, I couldn't afford to collect anymore. Ten years went by and I eventually discovered eBay, and eBay has lots. I was able to close the gaps in many of my runs and I now own 12 long boxes full of books. At this point I don't even know what I have anymore.
Anybody know of any good software to help me get this stuff organized and valued?
