Bridget E. Wilde is a 1990 graduate of the Illinois Math and Science Academy, and holds a BA and an MA in Asian Studies (Japanese Literature) from UIUC. Since 2001, she has been working as a freelance fantasy and anime artist, selling originals and prints through eBay and conventions. In 2003 her short manga "Trickster" was chosen for publication in the inaugural Rising Stars of Manga compilation. She has several manga projects in the works - it's just a matter of which bears fruit first. She has three awesome children.
