Steven D. Kendall is the author of God's Glorious Christian Soldiers and New Jack Cinema: Hollywood’s African American Filmmakers.

Mr. Kendall is a former Assistant Professor who taught film, video and Internet related courses during his teaching career for The American University, Montgomery College, and The University of Virginia.

Steven is also an experienced film and video writer/producer who produced programming for several cable networks. Mr. Kendall retired from full-time teaching due to a neuromuscular disease. Steven Kendall now devotes his time to writing Christian children’s books through his ministry BibleStudyCafe.com, helping churches with new technologies,cooking for his lovely wife and their wonderful children and being active in his church.
