What part of the Phillipines are you from?

And my friend said that Phillipine comics are horrible because the publishers don't want to pay their artists any money. What do you think of your country comics?

I'm actually not familiar with the local industry. I don't think that Philippine comics are horrible, though. I just think there's not enough interest in them, both from the readers' side and the publishers' side. Which is just sad because we have a lot of brilliant writers and artists here.

I went to your country last year for some needed vacation, and I must say both our countries have a lot in common. It's not really that hard to find comics here, IF you're in Manila. =)
