I'm an aspiring comic book artist/writer (emphasis on aspiring) living in South Carolina. I create characters in my spare time, and I have printed comic books before (okay, two--and I was twelve at the time) but haven't gotten published (of course). I'd post some artwork, but I don't have a scanner, so you'll be spared.
Some stories I've been working on include Dragoon, the tale of a teenager thrown headfirst into masked pugilism, and Magnus the Immortal (still working of the title), a fantasy epic that mixes genres left and right until they become unrecognizable. It features an indesructible alien tyrant, a boy with heroic lineage, time manipulation, furry mad scientists, and a medieval "android" who seeks to become human, and ends up something vastly different.
