I looked at a few other printers, although I've forgotten which by now, but we were constrained by the size of the book as well as wanting it to not cost much more than DW did. Comixpress seemed to be the best fit. And thanks! :D

PBR was printed by Dreamweaver Press, which are no longer printing any books but their own. When we do the third printing, we'll probably go with comixpress.com, which can do a similar size at a slightly higher price than we paid DW.
