(BALTIMORE, MD) — (May 5, 2009) —Diamond Book Distributors has been awarded the rights to exclusively distribute Bluewater Productions’ comic books and graphic novels to the worldwide book market.

Bluewater Productions brings a diverse library of titles and talent to the market, with stories ranging from political biographies to classic myths, science fiction and superheroes. In recent months, the company’s Female Force and Political Power line of comic book political biographies on Hillary Clinton, Sarah Palin, Michelle Obama, Colin Powell and others have garnered mainstream media attention; with many comic shop retailers reporting sellouts of each issue. The company draws further success and inspiration from Hollywood legends such as William Shatner, Roger Corman, Ray Harryhausen and Vincent Price—all of whom are featured in flagship titles from the company.
