| Bulletin: | This was a slow year starting out but thankfully that changed halfway through with me working on the new story by Jim Shooter on Valiant's ARCHER & ARMSTRONG: FIRST IMPRESSIONS HC with my pal Sal on pencils and inking Gordon Purcell on STAR TREK YEAR FOUR: THE ENTERPRISE EXPERIMENT and the upcoming STAR TREK: THE LAST GENERATION five issue series, both for IDW. For this reason, my commissions list is closed for the foreseeable future as I have many on hold. And my plans to do INKWORKS 3, my next sketchbook, tentatively planned for late '08, will have to also be put on hiatus for an undeterminable amount of time. I will still attend the Boston Comic Book Show on November 2 but the NY National Show appearance is now tentative and looking unlikely. The Inkwell Awards trophies were shipped out to the winners this week and new photos of them holding their awards will be posted at the site soon. Best, Bob Almond |
