Bulletin:	FWIW, for anyone who picked this issue up, it was meant to be part one to my topic "Getting There" but instead part two ("Staying There"), which was intended for issue 40, was printed instead (retitled "Treat No Publisher as Your Home Base"). And the 'recap' on the top of the page doesn't help as it's wrong as well. But the powers that be, Bill & Bob, will graciously make amends and print both parts in issue 40.
