These 3 episodes of WRITING FOR ROOKIES (episodes #4-6) are a series of interviews LIVE from the floor of the New York City Comic Con 2008 at the Javitz Center in Manhattan.

Episode #4: Interview with Ron King -- This episode of WFR is presented LIVE from the floor of the NYC Comic Con 2008 at the Javitz Center in Manhattan. Brandon interviews RON KING, the creator and publisher of UVC MAGAZINE (www.uvcmag.com)—the only magazine devoted to the works of Black and Latino comic book professionals.

Episode #5: Interview with Cheryl-Lynn Eaton -- This episode of WFR is part 2 of the NYCC interview series. Brandon interviews Cheryl-Lynn Eaton of the Jackie Ormes Society—dedicated to increasing awareness of the work of Jackie Ormes as well was current comic book projects by women of color.

Episode #6: Interview with Steven Valdez -- This episode of WFR is part 3 of the NYCC interview series. Brandon interviews Steven Valdez, director and lead animator for the new multi-media studio ENEMY OF THE INDUSTRY. Steven discusses what rookie animators and new writers need to consider before starting their careers.
