Bulletin:

"Bullets And Daisies" is a new graphic novel, set in a crime infested city, full of gangster, killers and a few good folks trying to help out.

Here's the pitch:

Nicole Ellis, a Professional Assassin, is paid to kill a registered sex offender in his own home, only to find a 9 year old girl named Tina, alive in a closet. Fighting her instincts, Nicole protects Tina with hopes to get her home where she belongs. Their path is infested with the mafia, led by Stan Martello and the Neo Shen crime organization, both in alliance on using Tina for a political ransom, or turning her into a dead witness.

With a mob war and a hard boiled Detective on their tail, the action and emotions get heavy. Relying on Tina’s courage and on what friends she has left, Nicole gets physically and emotionally ready, to bring down the Martello/Neo Shen Alliance, and change everything she is…

All this to keep Tina alive.

Rules are broken.
Family ties are cut.
Blood is spilled.
And a little girl brings hope and courage to the tired life of a female professional assassin.

Production:

Using a new form of ‘Fummetti’ (Photographic Novels), or photo comics, Tony Medina brings a new look with a neo style crime noir story. With a wide range of actresses and actors, sets, locations and LOTS of guns, this story is told with a cinematic style, fast paced, and suspenseful. Bullets and Daisies becomes a comic book derived from influence from action movies, crime comic books and other mature graphic novels. Take John Woo’s The Killer and Quentin Tarantino’s Kill Bill, mix it with Frank Miller’s Sin City and some hardware from The Punisher, and you get a ride chock full of action and emotion from Bullets and Daisies.
