S.O.S. is the continuing story of Walter Watkins (The Amazing Walter), a mild-mannered kid in search of a sidekick. He may get more than he bargained for when Sammy (The New Kid) moves in next door and wants to play with Walter's goat.

All the while her little guy was reading the books, laughing commenting. 8-12 that's the best age range for my books. And being back in the region really gave me an appreciation for where I cam from. There is something kind of oppressive about the blue collar environment there, but we always believed in the reality of our imaginations. That kid really got it! I was glad to meet them. It was just a plus hanging with you guys...thanks again! I'm taking the Gruba Fiction on a short business trip, I hope to have time to read a bit. Can't wait. I actually love sitting in airports...it's the only peace and quiet I get anymore.
