I was born in St. Joe Missouri, moved to Indiana, where I grew up---fast-forward----I'm married to a beautiful women(7yrs.) and have 3 AMAZING children(2 girls-1boy). I love God. He's my all, and I desire to know Him more and more--to get so close I can't stand it. He's brought me out of some serious crap, and I am eternally grateful. I love music(all kinds) and I'm a video gamer(sports mostly), and lastly, I LOVE FOOTBALL!!!! WOOOOOO! THE NFL RULZ!!!

Education: Graduated from R. Nelson Snider High School in Fort Wayne, IN, then went to St. Francis College of Art and design for a semester, upon leaving due to personal reasons. Furthered my education with various hands-on freelance work. I seem to learn better that way, rather than in a class room setting. Software Knowledge: Adobe Photoshop CS2, Illustrator CS2, and Adobe Golive Influences: Jim Lee, Alex Ross, Travis Charest, Adam Huges, Brett Booth, Rob Lefeild, Michael Tuner, and David Finch Well, short of a DNA sample, this is about it.

I recently finished up a mini-series published through Dable Brothers Publishing called "Ptolus"-pronounced 'Tolus' which you can pick up at most of yer local comic book stores.

Also I am working on a future title being released through DB Pub, as well other various commissions.

Finally, I'll leave you with a few sites as well as DB Pub and my own personal site, that have been influential to me in art and other areas.

Be blessed

Hey Stu. Nope. use the same pencil. what helped me was when someone said the line weight needs to vary depending one light source, as well as depth. So, for ezample, if a had was comming at the viewer, not extremem perspective, but fore-shortening, the lines would be heavier. And if the liught was coming from above(or anywhere for that matter) the shadowed side would have thicker, as opposed to the light source side, in which the lines would thiner. I hope this helps.

be blessed and keep doing yer awesome work!
