Candy or Medicine is a quarterly mini-comic anthology published out of Syracuse, NY by Josh Blair. It aims to showcase a variety of mini-comics creators, from newcomers to seasoned vets, and to provide a low-cost exposure of mini-comics to new audiences.

Volume Two is out now. Purchase it via Paypal for $1.50 (postage paid) by e-mailing josh_blair@fuse.net. Volume Three will be out April 15, 2008.
