Wellll...I oversee the translation and production of around 35 books per year that are licensed to TP from Japan, Korea etc. But I also develop, pitch, sign and oversee the creation of original graphic novels, which is extremely exciting and satisfying work. Honestly, I would be happy to do it for the rest of my life. My duties cover art and image quality as well as words--basically, my job is to see that every book is as good as it can be, while respecting the creators' vision and intention. That answer your question? :)
