I contracted James Watson, owner of Atlantis Studios, to color and letter Stormbringers issue 1 and 2 and to hire and pay all the artists to pencil, ink and color my massive 256 page Reference Guide back in July 2006.

Well, issues 1 and 2 have been colored and lettered and set for pre-press and the Reference Guide has been penciled, inked and partially colored...however I am just finding out that over the past 6 months most of the artists HAVE NOT BEEN PAID...even though I have paid James Watson and Atlantis Studios in full for their services.

Even though I didn't hire or contract these artists personally I am still going to fight for them and make sure they get paid.

My attorney is preparing legal action against Atlantis Studios and James Watson as we speak. So if you have any projects you are thinking of sending James Watson and Atlantis Studios or if James Watson and Atlantis Studios has contracted you as a freelancer...STOP NOW!!! Because you or the artists he hires for you will not be paid.
