I am a University-dropout/College Graduate - lolz. I live in Gillingham, which is in Kent someplace, in the UK. Currently I am working on scripts and storboards for a comic that I am hoping will come into fruition shortly. I shall post updates as and when they happen. I am also experimenting with making a live-action series that I hope to put online, which will be based on my comic. Lolz - I wonder which I will actually get finished first? It might be a little odd having a live action series based on a comic that doesn't quite exist :-p I also work closely with --> Orang Utan Comics, a new "comic collective" that will be launching at the Bristol International Comics Expo in May. For more information on Orang Utan Comics, their projects and creators, visit their official website here. --> Area 51 Radio Station, the world's biggest radio station for fans of science fiction, who are now expanding to include a lot more comic-related content, including my new weekly comics review slot. We are also working in close affiliation with the Bristol International Comics Expo in May, so keep an eye on the site for updates in the lead up to the event, including interviews with comic artists and writers by myself, and news on the latest event updates. Anyway, yes... I attend plenty of Conventions within the UK, including the London MCM Expo, LFCC, and CollectorMania, and cosplay (dress as characters from comics and film) to all of them.  My 'Official' Website, containing a detailed profile, photographs, Convention Reports, etc. My Area 51 Radio Station monthly Review slot, where I review the latest cinema and DVD releases, games, and Conventions. My NEW Area 51 Radio Station weekly comics review slot, where I will be reviewing the latest comic issues, graphic novels, TPBs, and guides. My deviantART, containing photo manipulations of myself and others, and a lot of my writing (if you dig deep enough - lolz). My MySpace, which is just... Well, it's a MySpace. It does exactly what it says on the tin :-p My Geeky LJ, containing my randomly geeky ramblings, including reviews of films, comics, and Conventions, as well as my Cosplay plans, updates on my comic and my webiseries, etc. My every-day LJ, which is rarely updated, but usually consists of my poetry and stories, updates on my whereabouts, and life in general.

I am really excited about it...
Slam is looking really, really cool... Ian reckons I could colour it (gosh, I hope so!). ... We'll see.
I am so glad that you are doing the pencils, now. We have been through so many artists, but you just seem PERFECT for Slam. The pages look awesome and compliment the script and the attitudes of the characters really, really well.

Thanks for the add, Cher. Hope you can find something at my website that appeals - who knows, maybe you'll even find a character or two to cosplay (as?) Lady Jeste in "The Spires" springs to mind or maybe Katy from "Elysium". Oh, and there are two cool female characters in "Shades" (although both of those have yet to appear, so you'd have a little difficulty there!) Thanks again - DAJB. |
