Two New Matches Signed For Aniversario! In Philadelphia!

Hola, CHIKARAmigos! We've gotten many an email over the past few days from the fans in Philly telling us "Hey, the Hellertown card looks great and all, but how about some more matches for us?" and we'd by lying if we said we didn't agree with them. What about Philly? What about the launch of our sixth year in business, Aniversario! ? Well, to make good to everyone out there in DelCo, here's not one, but TWO new matches to add to your scorecards for Sunday afternoon, May 27th at the New Alhambra in Philly....

First up is a match that we're just school-girl giddy about presenting to Philadelphia at Aniversario! - it's going to be a ginormous trios collision , featuring six of the best Mexcian talents in the business, for the first time ever in a CHIKARA ring! On the tecnicos side of things, it will be CMLL star El Pantera captaining his team of young luchadores in Lince Dorado and Equinox to take on the rudos squad, which will be captained by another CMLL star, Arkangel de la Muerte, as he teams with Los Ice Creams! If there were ever a match that perfectly summarized what CHIKARA strive to be, this might be it. You don't want to miss it!

Also signed for Aniversario! is a battle of two of CHIKARA's hungry newcomers, as "The Fully Customizable Combatant" Create-A-Wrestler goes mano y mano with Canada's "Red Romeo" Shayne Hawke! With the shadow of Young Lions Cup V looming ever closer, this match will go a long way in helping one of these two competitors build the momentum needed to earn a spot in the CHIKARA's midsummer classic. Who will gain the early edge for YLC V?

The only way to find out, and the only way to see that out-of-this-world trios match, is by joining us live on Sunday afternoon, May 27th for the launch of our sixth year in business, Aniversario!
