Also, I know you're a Buster Keaton fan, and I was wondering which of his films you'd suggest. I've seen The General and Sherlock, Jr. so far (and enjoyed them) but don't really know where to go next.

My favorite feature film of his is a little more off-kilter for some people, and not all viewers like it the way I do, but I'm all about THREE AGES. Also, THE CAMERAMAN was the last great film he made, it's thoroughly enjoyable. SEVEN CHANCES & OUR HOSPITALITY are also really good, but there are unfortunately some racist gags, in all of the movies I've mentioned which are more a reflection on the times rather than any personal opinions he had. : / Oh, and ONE WEEK is a good time. For 2 reelers, my favorite ones are THE PLAY HOUSE, COPS, & THE HAUNTED HOUSE. The early films he did with Fatty Arbuckle are pretty great, check those out if you have the chance. And, avoid everything of his from the '30s, just don't go there. Sorry, didn't mean to write a book there--!
