I would like to personally thank everyone that has asked me to collaborate with them. I would like to offer some FAQ's in regards to sculpture and pricing since it comes up often:

A full sized 12" sculpture will usually be in a range between $4,000 - $6,000 depending on complexity. As size increases so the does the range...

A Bust generally will run you between $2,500 - $4,000, again, depends on the complexity of the piece.

Time-wise a sculpture can take anywhere from 8-12 weeks or more depending on complexity, size etc... you get the picture! ;)
