Met several Calgary natives and a few overseas creators yesterday at the James Joyce Pub in Calgary. Lots of comic book fans there. Great going. Calgary is pretty active a city for comic books. As the big con is tomorrow, it should be even more fun!

For those of you who wondered what I wrote above, I was telling everyone that I speak French and can read French comic books and welcome all French speaking creators and fans to The Comic Book Bin.

Thanks about the comments! For me storytelling is about how to best represent a story visually. So neither the artwork nor the writing are more important than one another. They merge as one. That's what makes good comic books for me.
