Hello World! Check these babies out! UNA FrontiersHere's the recipe: Take one apocalyptic global war, one hidden survivor colony, add 300 years, stir with rebuilding remnants of surface-world civilization. Garnish with genetically engineered animals, two AI's and a heavy sprinkling of human-nature-as-usual. Serve! Arrowflight and GAAK at WCN!GAAK is a team project with Darryl Hughes as the concept creator/writer and myself as the artist. Imagine The Goonies meeting Invaders from Mars, with a generous serving of cookies and... MILK!. You get the picture. Arrowflight is a saga set in an alternate near-future just a hair's breadth away from our own. After over half a century in hiding, just outside the veil of time, the Avro Arrow is back and ready to go medieval on those who sought to destroy it, and it's just the latest sad chapter of a fight that goes back fifty thousand years. Wingtail GirlsDarcy Morgan MacIsaac is a maybe slightly-above-average girl in her average world. It's just not your world or my world. One look should make it pretty freaking obvious. This is for everyone who couldn't quite bring themselves to resign anthropomorphic vehicles to the playpen. Why should preschoolers have all the fun? Those who like George Trosley and other automotive cartoonists may also get into this.
