CRAIG A. TAILLEFER
I began working professionally at the age of 17 for Aircel Publishing during the B&W boom, moving to Malibu Graphics, and then a long stint at WaRP Graphics first inking, then drawing, various ElfQuest comics. I left WaRP Graphics to self-publish 3 issues of Wahoo Morris before leaving full time comics behind to work in the TV animation industry iin late '99.

While working on shows like PUMPER PUPS, FOR BETTER OR FOR WORSE, KATIE & ORBIE, FRANKLIN, RESCUE HEROES, and CAILLOU, I did the odd comics inking and short story as well as publishing 4 issues of the Eisner nominated Growing Up Enchanted and the trade paperback collection of Sleeping Dragons.

In January of 2006 I returned to comics, first illustrating Cleopatra from Moonstone (forthcoming), drawing the Harvey Award nominated The Chelation Kid, and re-launching Wahoo Morris as a new line of digest tradepaperbacks.

My current on the table projects (as of October '07) are:

WAHOO MORRIS: Serialized one page at a time on Wahoo Morris dotCom and Modern Tales and published as a series of digest size tradepaperbacks. Wahoo Morris Book One is available now, and the second volume is forthcoming.

THE MIGHTY MOTOR SAPIENS published 5 days a week at Rowdy dotCom. Pencilled by Daniel Krall, Matt Plog, and inked by me.

And, I'm looking for work to fill up the schedule, so if you're paying and looking for artists, let me know. :-)

WAHOO MORRIS
“Read this comic...or die. ...The art is beautiful and the slightly off the beaten path story is s#!tloads of fun.
Put down that superhero book and pick this up!” - Sequential Tart

"...the next Strangers in Paradise." - Cliff Biggers, Comic Shop News

Wahoo Morris is the story of a fledgling college circuit indie rock band. (more info to come when I'm less lazy)

Originally starting out as a self-published indie comic series, before moving to Image Comics for one issue, Wahoo Morris moved to the web joining Modern Tales in 2004. Now Wahoo Morris continues on Web Comics Nation and has returned to print again in a series of digest size trade paperbacks at it's original home Too Hip Gotta Go Graphics.

WAHOO MORRIS Book One
ISBN 0-9735161-1-9 (AUG063612) reprints all the individual comics and is available now.

WAHOO MORRIS Book Two picks up the story where it left off, with all-new content, and comes out sometime in the impending future. Keep posted for an updated release date.

This year I will be publishing a Free Comic Book Day edition of Wahoo Morris #1 to help promote the trade paperback series. Ask your retailer for it now, and go back to get it May 5, 2007!

I am also the artist of the Harvey Award nominated The Chelation Kid (written by Robert Tinnell): the autobiographical story of one family raising an Autistic child.

Sîan
A Sword & Sorcery series about a young female thief, Sian is currently on hiatus with one stand alone story in the archives. I have plans for her further adventures.
