| Header: | Conventions and new gallery | ||
| Bulletin: | Ok, firstly and out of order from the subject, I have a new gallery. This contains all the comics that feature Synthia, her Nanny Bot, the Sphere, and the micro dragon. New Gallery (keep in mind, I call myself the CrappyArtist for a reason. . .) Anyway. . . I am getting ready to go to a convention, that in itself wouldn't be the issue, this year I want to have an Artist's Ally table. So here's the thing, what should I do to prepare to have an Artist's table at one of the bigger cons in the NE? Any advice on what to bring and quantities (keeping in mind that I have a little tiny comic that no one has ever heard of), would be greatly appreciated. And, as with most of the other artists here, I'm poor, so any advice on printers (shirt or paper), would be great as well. I have a lead on a shirt printer, he's going to charge me between $10-13 (is that reasonable for full color, one side?) per shirt. And Kinko's wants to charge me $300ish for twenty books. . . And they aren't even good books. . . So any and all advice about getting ready for an Artist's Table at a big con would be great!! Thank you all in advance!! Edna |
