Need volunteer artists and writers for my project

Bulletin:

I need volunteers (writers and artists) for my project.

I hope I can start out a comic out of my various project titles within this year, but I need artists and writers to help me out and volunteer for my project. Due to my inexperience of not finishing comic books, I can't do this alone.

Requirements:
- Expert/experienced in drawing western comic, cartoon and/or Japanese manga-style art
- Writers who are experienced in action, comedy and sci-fi
- Colorist and inkers in near-professional level
