| Header: | SWINGIN' HITS comics anthology and CD update | ||
| Bulletin: | The new Trees & Hills comics anthology - the music-themed SWINGIN' HITS - is taking shape. Some truly great comics have been submitted for this book and we've got a fun and offbeat list of contributors to the accompanying CD. A partial list of comic contributors include: Marek Bennett, Jennifer Omand, Gregory Giordano, Colleen Frakes, Dan Barlow (that's me!), Colin Tedford, Keith Moriarty, Matt Levin, M.R. Petit, Anne Thalheimer, Tim Hulsizer, Jade Harmon and Katheleen Mullin. More to be announced! So far, the SWINGIN' HITS soundtrack has songs from: James Kochalka Superstar, Space Panic!, Lucy Knisley, Marek Bennett, Jennifer Omand, Cat Garza, the Beesting Conspiracy and Colin Tedford. Plus, maybe a few more surprises! We're debuting at MoCCA in NYC in early June. We also still have three previous anthologies in print featuring cartoons and comics by many of the people mentioned above, plus a few special extras, like Stephen R.
