Vote! Vote! Vote for Covert War of Red25 today! (well, before sunday June 10th!)

Hello!!

I just wanted to send out a quick message to everyone, as this week will be a fast and furious campaign for me to get as many votes as I can find for my comic book project as it moves through the round 3 of the Small Press Idol contest!

It has been a dream of mine to have my own comic book published, and this is a great opportunity for me to meet that dream head-on! This will be a hard fought round as there are 30 people left in the contest and only 6 will move on to the final round, to compete to win a 4 issue publishing deal!!!

I will need everyone's help to succeed this round... and it will be even easier to vote for the project! If you voted before, just go to the voting link to my project, log on, scroll to the bottom of my project page, and post a message that you "vote yes" for the project. Very easy! (Oh yeah, and to just take a look at my project, follow this link and click on the "Covert War of Red25" logo, which will open up another window with my 3 sample comic book pages!)

The deadline for voting is on sunday June 10th. The voting will be closed out at midnight.

If you didn't get a chance to vote last round, or had trouble registering before and/or couldn't get the website to work right, they have changed the registration process so you don't need to mess around with the "confirmation email" business. Just go right to this link and register to vote:

After you register, just click on the first link above, scroll to the bottom, and post that you vote yes!

So this will be a tough round, and I am hoping for the best. I feel confident in the material I have submitted, and I think the idea is very fresh and original (and twisted, bizarre and wacky!) but this contest comes down to the numbers. The projects with the most votes moves on.

I thank you all for supporting me through this! If I can get votes from everyone I know (and their friends, family, pets and former college room-mates!) I may just be able to make this dream come true. I appreciate every vote I get, and thanks advance for the support!!!
