I am the writer/creator of an original mini-series called The Home Front. The first story is issue #0 ("About a Girl"). Pages one through seven (of eight) can be viewed in my Comic Gallery.

The story was penciled and inked by Ulises Carpintero.

I'm currently looking for an artist to begin work on issue #1. If you know anyone who might be interested, have them send me a message here at ComicSpace. I pay cash money!

Impressive stuff! The initial pages of The Home Front definitely leave me feeling eager to read more.

I'll certaily recommend this to friends who are into stuff like The Walking Dead, 30 Days of Night, or even Y the Last Man and DMZ. Its appeal seems broad enough to please folks who like most kinds of post-cataclysmic fiction.

So far, it has just the right balnce of crazy plot elements and sincere characterization to satisfy a variety of different readers. Good luck with this, bro!
