RE: Why post comics on comispace? Your thoughts .....

I mainly post samples on Comicspace for quality traffic. If they don't get hooked after the sample strips, no big loss. I get enough casual traffic from elsewhere. That, and I can dump stuff here that doesn't quite belong on my site, easier than by maintaining a blog or webpage.

Like Warren Ellis put it, this is a site for calling cards. If I can slip along a few art samples with it, then great. I wouldn't use this as my only publishing platform, though. For that it is too limited.
