Large online retailer Discount Comic Book Service (www.dcbservice.com)is creating a "First Light" project which will introduce potentially new readers to alternative/smaller press comics; and expand their catalog to something beyond what's featured in Diamond. This is from their project coordinator, Jim Zion:
