I am a comics fan, from a long time back.
It makes it easier that I can go to the best comic store in North Texas, Zeus Comics!
I like good art, good writing, and good comics.
Don't look at me and think I am your average comic geek. Yes, I wear the Fossil superhero watches, a Flash ring, and tattoos of the Superman and Flash logos, but I don't usually care what issue had the first appearance of Ambush Bug's codpiece or whatever. If you do, cool. I will even listen to you talk about it.
