I'm very sorry to hear about your experience... I really don't understand why people act like that. I can share your feeling because I lived in Asia for 5 years ( traveled in Thailand too ) and often felt the prejudice and ignorance of other people but I came to look at them like children who just need some positive encouragement...

Was wondering, any original projects in the pipeline? Do you write or cowrite stories?
Reading your main post about wanting to stay in comics... what do you forecast for artists in the industry in 5 -10 years? It seems like a very high turn over rate in this industry... what can artists do for job security?

Cool! Thanks for adding me, I've always enjoyed your work. Please have a look at my portfolio links, the first pages features some watercolor paintings I did while living in Taiwan. I studied Oriental Painting in Japan and Taiwan and try to combine that with my own sensibilities.
