Are online formats such as myspace and comicspace going to replace message boards? This seems to be the next step.

As for the splats technique, I really cut down on that because sometimes it conflicts with colorist's intentions. It's very time-consuming, because you have to mask off areas that you don't want splattered-on, and still you have to do a lot of stipple touch-up and corrections.

If I do a black and white comicbook someday, I would definately revive the splat attacks!

Second, Tim, I seem to recall really liking you reviews on Silver Bullets and I'm always ready to whore myself out for an interview!
Just got a new regular monthly assignment coming in the new year, but I'm not at liberty to announce it just yet. I'll be starting it as 52 winds down (I'm working on week 46, believe it or not, with my 52 partner, Pat Olliffe, who's been a blast to work with.

Well, now that I FINALLY figured out how to post a pic for my profile, I'm ready to go to bed. It's 2 am here and I'm content with my little victory (until I find a better pic).

Drew, I really need to visit your website/blog more often. I just stumbled across the Spidey-jam page. That was an absolute blast to look over all the varying artists. Thanks for the add and I hope we get a chance to do an interview sometime in 2007 if you're so inclined.
