The name's Efren Molina, and I'm the current penciller of El Gato Negro, Nocturnal Warrior #1 and inked by creator/publisher, Richard Dominguez.
It's been rumored that Dominguez will replace me after the 4th issue of El Gato Negro, Nocturnal Warrior and then, he takes over as regular penciller. Does anybody out there need a crusty old penciller???
I'm a lot older than the age above indicates, and I'm a lot more uglier than my picture shows...but I can still drink beer and tequila with the best of them!
Years ago, while browsing through a 'quarter bin' of comics at a Tyler (Tx.) book store, I stumbled upon an issue of El Gato Negro.
I was fascinated by the concept and idea, I quickly submitted artwork to Dominguez and told the creator that EGN needed a new 'dark look' and Dominguez agreed.
I'm also a big fan and heavily influenced by Mike Mignola's Hellboy, and seen the movie six-hundred and sixty-five times.
I'm now settled at my ranch just outside of Kaufman, Texas. I relax by painting on what I call "Dark Art", and live a very reclusive life (and I perfer it that way!).

I do read e-mails and drink extremely strong coffee in the mornings.
