I am a 51-year-old, NY-based writer who works as an admin assistant for a great metropolitan accounting firm. I'm married to a comic book artist who makes his living as an inker (currently between assignments). We have two cats; alas, no children. I've been reading all kinds of comics for about 25 years now, and writing about them for over a decade. I've had four comic stories published, all for fundraising/charity books. These days I can be found most often posting to my blog, Pen-Elayne on the Web. I was most recently a weekly columnist for ComicMix.
